Creamy Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Creamy Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Steak:
In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss the steak cubes in the flour mixture until well coated.
Cook the Steak:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the coated steak bites in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches) and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Add Cream and Cheese:
Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer, then add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Combine Steak and Sauce:
Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat them in the creamy garlic butter sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve your creamy garlic butter steak bites hot, and enjoy this rich and flavorful dish!
