Ingredients:
For the Pretzel Bites:

1 (16.3-ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Coarse sea salt, for sprinkling (optional)
For the Cheddar Cheese Dip:

8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Pretzel Bites:
Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into small squares (about 1-2 inches).
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each dough square into the garlic butter mixture, then place them on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to leave some space between each pretzel bite. If desired, sprinkle coarse sea salt on top.
Bake the Pretzel Bites:
