Ingredients:
For the Crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
⅓ cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
For the Cream Filling:

1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese)
For the Topping:

2 ripe bananas, sliced
¼ cup brown sugar (for caramelized effect)
Extra graham cracker crumbs for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan (or pie dish) to form the crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
Make the Cream Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
In another bowl, gently fold the mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream mixture until smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Tart:
Once the crust has cooled, spread the cream filling evenly over the crust.
Arrange the sliced bananas on top of the cream filling.
Caramelize the Bananas:
In a skillet over medium heat, add the brown sugar and a splash of water. Once the sugar starts to dissolve, add the banana slices and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until caramelized and golden. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Finish the Tart:
Once the caramelized bananas have cooled, place them on top of the cream filling in the tart.
Garnish with extra graham cracker crumbs for added texture.
Serve:
