Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 green onion, chopped
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:
In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken breasts with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the chicken evenly.
Cook the Chicken:
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables:
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, and continue to sauté for another 3-4 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
Combine Ingredients:
