📝 Ingredients:
For the Chicken Stir-Fry:

1 lb (450g) boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika (optional)
For the Vegetables:

½ cup broccoli florets
½ cup julienned carrots
¼ cup baby corn, sliced
¼ green bell pepper, sliced
For the Sauce:

1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
½ tsp sesame oil (optional)
For the Rice:

1 cup jasmine rice
2 cups water
🍽️ Instructions:
Cook the Rice:
Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a pot, combine the rice, water, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
Prepare the Chicken Stir-Fry:
In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the chicken strips to the skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using). Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
Add the Vegetables:
Add the broccoli, carrots, baby corn, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
