Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs


Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 strips bacon
- 8 cubes cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into patties.
4. Wrap each patty with a strip of bacon, then flatten and place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center.
5. Wrap the meat around the cheese, sealing it completely.
6. Flatten each biscuit and place a bacon-wrapped patty in the center. Fold the dough around the patty, sealing it tightly.
7. Place the bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
8. Serve hot and enjoy the cheesy, bacon-y goodness!
