Ingredients:
1 (16 oz) container refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
4 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded or diced string cheese)
4 tbsp melted butter (half a stick)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
Flatten Biscuits:
Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Roll each one into a 3-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
Stuff with Cheese:
Place a piece of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough circle. Gather the edges of the dough around the cheese and pinch them shut to form a sealed ball.
Garlic Butter Topping:
Place the filled biscuit balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with this garlic butter mixture.
Bake:
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and the cheese inside is melted and bubbling.
