Ingredients:
2 oz dark rum (or coconut rum for a tropical twist)
1 oz passion fruit juice
1 oz blueberry syrup (or muddled blueberries with simple syrup)
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz honey or agave syrup
3 oz sparkling water or club soda
Ice cubes
Edible glitter (optional, for a cosmic shimmer)
Blueberries & lime wheel for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Glass: Fill a highball or hurricane glass with ice. If using edible glitter, swirl a bit inside for a nebula-like glow.
Mix the Base: In a shaker, combine dark rum, passion fruit juice, blueberry syrup, lime juice, and honey. Shake well.
Strain & Pour: Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over ice.
Add the Fizz: Top with sparkling water or club soda for a refreshing, airy finish.
