🍰 Yogurt and Chocolate Chip Cake (No Oven Needed) 🍫

Ingredients:

1 egg
3 tablespoons sugar (45 g)
1 packet (8 g) vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons oil (45 ml)
125 g (½ cup) yogurt
60 ml (¼ cup) milk
190 g (1 ½ cups) flour
10 g (2 tsp) baking powder
50 g (¼ cup) chocolate chips
Instructions:

Prepare the Batter:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar until well combined.
Add the oil, yogurt, and milk to the mixture, and stir until smooth.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Add Chocolate Chips:
Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Cook the Cake:
Grease a non-stick skillet or frying pan and pour the batter into it, spreading it evenly.
Cover the skillet with a lid and cook over low heat for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cake is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve:
Once cooked, remove the cake from the skillet and let it cool on a wire rack. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
