Crispy Bacon-Wrapped Onion Rings with Spicy Aioli
Ingredients:
- Large sweet onions
- Bacon strips
- All-purpose flour
- Eggs
- Bread crumbs

- Smoked paprika

- Mayonnaise
- Sriracha

Directions:
Step 1: Prep the Ingredients
Peel and slice the onions into thick rings. Wrap each ring with a bacon strip, securing with toothpicks. Preheat the oven.
Step 2: Coat the Onion Rings
In separate bowls, place flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of bread crumbs, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Coat each bacon-wrapped ring in flour, egg, and bread crumbs.
