Garlic Butter Prawns with Creamy Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 lb large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Step 1: Sauté Garlic
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Step 2: Cook Prawns
Add the prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink and opaque. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Make Creamy Dip
In a bowl, mix heavy cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chopped parsley to create the creamy dip.
