Coconut Lime Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients:
- 1-1/3 cups almond flour
- 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1 cup coconut cream, chilled
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- Zest of 2 limes
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut sugar, and melted coconut oil. Mix well and press this mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Place the crust in the refrigerator to set while preparing the filling.
2. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and agave syrup together until smooth and creamy.
3. Add the chilled coconut cream, lime zest, and lime juice to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined.
4. Fold in the shredded coconut gently, ensuring even distribution throughout the mixture.
5. Spoon the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
6. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm and set.
7. Once set, slice the pie and serve. Optional: Garnish with additional lime zest or toasted coconut for a tropical flair.
