Irresistible Pepper Jelly Air Fryer Pinwheels 
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup pepper jelly
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the Pastry
Roll out the puff pastry sheet and spread pepper jelly evenly over the surface.
Step 2: Add Cheese
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the pepper jelly and season with salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro.
Step 3: Roll Up
Starting from one end, tightly roll the pastry sheet into a log. Place it in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.
Step 4: Slice and Arrange
Remove the log from the freezer and slice it into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Step 5: Air Fry
Spray the pinwheels with olive oil and air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve and enjoy!
