Bacon-Wrapped Dates with Goat Cheese & Balsamic Glaze
Ingredients:
- 12 Medjool dates, pitted
- 6 slices of bacon, cut in half
- 4 oz goat cheese
- Balsamic glaze
- Toothpicks
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare Dates
Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit. Stuff each date with a small amount of goat cheese.
Step 2: Wrap in Bacon
Wrap each stuffed date with a half-slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Step 3: Bake
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and place the wrapped dates on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
Step 4: Glaze
Drizzle the bacon-wrapped dates with balsamic glaze for a sweet and tangy finish.
