Savory Sweet Potato Pizza Crisps

Ingredients:
- 1 large sweet potato (about 300 g), sliced thinly
- 1 cup (100 g) crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) balsamic glaze
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Arrange the thinly sliced sweet potato on the baking sheet in a single layer.
3. Drizzle the sweet potato slices with balsamic glaze, then sprinkle with smoked paprika and garlic powder.
4. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the edges are crispy and the centers are tender.
5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the sweet potato slices.
6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the feta is slightly melted and golden.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
