Chipotle Lime Chicken Bowl with Avocado Crema 🥑

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp chipotle sauce
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste

Directions:

Step 1: Marinate Chicken
Marinate chicken breasts in chipotle sauce, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
