Ingredients:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup white chocolate chunks
1/2 cup caramel chunks
1/4 cup melted milk chocolate (for drizzling)
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream the Butter and Sugars:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add Eggs and Vanilla:
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
Mix Together:
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Fold in Chocolate and Caramel:
Gently fold in the white chocolate chunks and caramel chunks until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Scoop the Cookies:
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. The centers may look slightly underbaked; they will continue to cook as they cool.
Drizzle with Milk Chocolate:
Once the cookies have cooled slightly, melt the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookies using a fork or piping bag.
