Thai Sriracha-Lime Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:
3 tbsp Sriracha
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together the Sriracha, fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar.
Stir until the sugar dissolves, then add in the chopped cilantro.
Adjust to taste; for more sweetness, add a touch more sugar, or more lime juice for extra tang.
Use as a dipping sauce for grilled meats or seafood, or drizzle over noodle dishes.
