Savor the flavors of Korea with this delicious and satisfying beef bowl! Perfect for a quick dinner or meal prep. Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:
For the Beef:

1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
For the Bowl:

1 cup cooked rice
1 cup kimchi
1 egg
For the Creamy Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Marinate the Beef:
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Add the thinly sliced flank steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge for more flavor).
Cook the Beef:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and slightly caramelized. Remove from heat.
Prepare the Egg:
In a separate pan, fry the egg sunny-side up to your desired doneness.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped parsley, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assemble the Bowl:
In a serving bowl, layer the cooked rice, cooked beef, and kimchi. Top with the sunny-side up egg and drizzle with the creamy sauce.
Serve:
Enjoy your Korean BBQ Beef Bowl warm, and feel free to garnish with extra parsley or sesame seeds if desired!
