Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 small yellow onion, sliced into 1-inch rounds
1/4 cup chicken bone broth or chicken broth
8 ounces cream cheese, sliced into 4 cubes
3/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Prepare the Slow Cooker:
Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the slow cooker. This will add flavor to the chicken as it cooks.
Add Chicken and Broth:
Place the chicken breasts on top of the onions. Pour the chicken bone broth (or chicken broth) over the chicken.
Add Cream Cheese:
Place the cream cheese cubes on top of the chicken.
Mix in Dressing and Hot Sauce:
In a separate bowl, combine the ranch dressing and hot sauce. Pour this mixture over the chicken and cream cheese.
Cook:
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
Shred the Chicken:
Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts from the slow cooker and shred them using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
Add Cheeses:
Stir in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese until well combined. Let it cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Serve the buffalo chicken dip warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers for dipping. Enjoy!
