Ingredients:
For the Grilled Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Olive oil, for grilling
For the Creamy Dill Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:
In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Grill the Chicken:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
Make the Creamy Dill Sauce:
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Greek yogurt, chopped dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Serve:
Slice the grilled chicken and serve it drizzled with the creamy dill sauce. Enjoy with your favorite sides!
