Ingredients:

For the Chicken Skewers:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 (15 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
For the Creamy Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken cubes and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Prepare the Skewers:
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken and pineapple chunks onto skewers, alternating between chicken and pineapple.
Grill the Skewers:
Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
Make the Creamy Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Serve:
Remove the skewers from the grill and serve hot with the creamy sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping. Enjoy this tropical and flavorful dish!
