Garlic Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with Rice & Avocado

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1 green onion, sliced

Directions:
1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Cook the chicken: Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and glazed.
3. Prepare the bowl: In serving bowls, place the cooked jasmine rice and top it with steamed broccoli and mashed avocado.
4. Assemble & serve: Spoon the cooked teriyaki chicken over the rice and vegetables. Garnish with sliced green onion.

Tip: For added flavor, sprinkle sesame seeds or chili flakes on top!
