Pork Carnitas, Rice, and Corn Salsa Bowl with Salsa Verde Crema 🌮

Ingredients:

- 1 lb pork shoulder, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup corn kernels
- Salsa verde
- Sour cream

Directions:

Step 1: Pork Carnitas
In a slow cooker, combine pork shoulder, diced onion, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until meat is tender and shreds easily.

Step 2: Rice
Cook rice according to package instructions.

Step 3: Corn Salsa
In a bowl, mix corn kernels with your favorite salsa verde.

Step 4: Salsa Verde Crema
Mix salsa verde with sour cream to create a flavorful crema for topping.

Step 5: Assemble Bowl
Divide the cooked rice into bowls, top with pork carnitas, corn salsa, and a dollop of salsa verde crema.
