1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, about 1 inch thick

1 ripe avocado, diced
1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned), cooked
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
For the Creamy Chili Lime Dressing:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon chili sauce (like sriracha or gochujang)
1 teaspoon honey or agave
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Base:

Instructions:

Prepare the Steak:
